WERRA have been advised that Solum Regeneration (a joint venture between Network Rail and Kier Properties) is proposing to submit a planning application in the next few weeks.
Solum Regeneration propose to deliver a new and upgraded railway station for Epsom alongside around 120 homes, a hotel with 60 to 70 beds, a small retail complex, car parking and enhanced drop-off facilities.
They are holding a Public Exhibition in the Ebbisham Centre on Friday 16 October from 10am to 6pm and on Saturday 17 October from 10am to 4pm.
