During the coming week there will be an exhibition at the Ebbisham Centre relating to a possible development by Tesco of a food store with car parking and new homes in Upper High Street, Epsom.
We understand that no planning application has been submitted, but (as is usual) there has been pre-application discussion between Tesco and the Borough’s planners.
The purpose of the exhibition (as has been the case in previous major developments) is to enable the public to give their feedback to Tesco on the basis of the initial intentions and to enable Tesco to consider modifications in the light of such feedback.
The exhibition will be in the Library Concourse at the Ebbisham Centre. It will be open:
Thursday 16 July 10am to 8pm.
Friday 17 July 10am to 6pm.
Saturday 18 July 10am to 2pm.
Those who are planning to attend the Planning Committee meeting on Thursday 16 July could of course combine the two events in one evening.
