I have heard "on the grapevine" that there is to be a public enquiry over the plans to build 4 houses and 8 flats on the Plough Pub site. I can't see anything on your website about it, nor on the Council's planning website. Is there one, and if so when and where is it to be held, please?

There is to be a public enquiry, which is to be held at the Town Hall, Epsom, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm on Tuesday 24th March. The hearing will continue on Wednesday 25th March, if necessary.

All local residents are most welcome to attend the hearing, in the public gallery. Any residents that feel that they will be affected by the plans are also invited to speak, if they wish.
